Residual Symptomatic Lateral Recess Stenosis

This 73 year old female had residual numbness and L5 radiculitis following translaminar stenosis decompression. There were no other options. She had good results with TFESI.

Pre-op symptoms were resolved. Lateral recess is best decompressed transforaminally.
