Micro-anatomy of Nerves in the Foramen

Until now, with transforaminal endoscopic identification of normal and anomalous patho-anatomy, little is known about micro-anatomy of nerves in the foramen by traditional surgeons.

There is now an increasing accumulation of dozens of examples of little known nerves by traditional surgeons causing symptomatic sciatica, numbness, dysesthesia, and symptoms associated with known degenerative conditions in the lumbar spine that accompanies these surgical conditions and validated by communication with the patient during surgery.

These conditions are now identified by transforaminal endoscopic imaging.  In addition, surgical biopsy of these nerves confirm peripheral as well as autonomic nerve filaments.
