Surgical Demonstration of Cyst Decompression

Synovial cysts can be removed endoscopically, especially if an attempt to aspirate the cyst is not successful in deflating the cyst.

After the cyst extraction, the patient had complete relief of her leg pain. Operating under local anesthesia also provided a safety factor to the surgery. Having feedback and good monitoring by an Anesthesiologist is very valuable and safe.
