Upload Your Imaging

If you are coming from out of state, Banner, Yuma Regional, Prescott Medical, or Open MRI Solutions, please follow these instructions to upload your CD or DVD using OnePacs. For all other locations, we can pull up your MRI.

To upload your MRI or recent X-ray, you will need:

  • Your CD or DVD containing your images
  • An internet-connected PC or Mac
  • Either the Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox web browser

How to Upload CD or DVD Imaging to the OnePacs Website

Logging In
  1. Open your web browser and navigate to the OnePacs website: https://my.onepacs.com/
  2. Please contact our office at (602) 944-2900 to obtain the User ID and Password. Use these credentials to log in to the OnePacs website.

Uploading Your Imaging
3. Once logged in, click the “Upload” button located towards the bottom of the page.

4. A new window will open. At this point, if you have not already done so, please insert your CD or DVD. Then please click the “Browse directory” button.

5. Locate your optical drive (usually “D:” or “E:”) and select it. Then click the “Upload” button.

6. You might see a pop-up prompt requesting confirmation. Click “Upload” to confirm.
Click Upload to confirm.
7. You should then see a progress bar as your image files are detected (this may take a few minutes).
A progress bar shows how long it will take for the files to queue.
8. Once complete, you will see that your files have been “Queued.”
VERY IMPORTANT: Be sure you click the “Upload” button to complete the upload to the OnePacs system. This may also take a few minutes. After the upload completes, click the “Close” button. Then, you can close out of your web browser.
Click Upload to complete the upload process. After it completes, click Close and exit your web browser.
