DISC surgeons participate in M.O.R.E. Spine Learning Center

November 22, 2021

DISC surgeons Dr. Salari and Dr. Wang participated as instructors in a recent M.O.R.E. Education Spine Program in Phoenix, Arizona on November 19-20, 2021. The M.O.R.E. Spine Learning Center offers surgeons the opportunity to attend cadaver labs, meet experienced surgeons and discuss the clinical, technical and economic aspects of new spine treatment technologies.

What is the M.O.R.E. Education Spine Program?

When attempting a new procedure or working with new technology, there is always the challenge of the associated learning curve. To minimize this learning curve, the M.O.R.E. Institute has created a comprehensive Education Program which supports the surgeon step-by-step in the application of the Medacta Spine Systems. The Spine systems covered are the M.U.S.T. Pedicle Screw System – Open using the patient-matched guides of MySpine as well as the Mini-Open and Percutaneous techniques. In addition, the MectaLIF Cage System is available to complete the 360° fusion technique.
