COVID-19 Protocols

Below are the protocols our patients can expect from DISC during this time.

• DISC offers Telehealth services for all patients that do not feel comfortable coming to the office.

• All individuals that enter our facility are required to wear a face mask.

• We encourage patients to not bring guests with them unless they need the extra physical help or are a minor.

• All patients, guests and employees must have their temperatures taken and are asked if they have had any fever, onset of new symptoms or exposure over the last two weeks.

• All patients must use hand sanitizer upon entering the building.

• Patients are welcome to wait outside or in their vehicle if they prefer.

• We have limited visitors in the waiting room at all times.

• All clinic rooms, clipboards and pens are cleaned after every use.

• The facility, including all high touch surfaces, are thoroughly cleaned every evening.

• Sneeze guards are in place between the patient and all front office/check out/scheduling staff.

• Air purifiers have strategically been placed throughout the office.

• As weather permits, all entry and exit doors remain open.

• All paperwork is available to complete electronically.
